Italy is probably most famous for its red wines, as well as its sparklings, right? I mean, Prosecco is ultra-famous now, Moscato, we’ve talked about those in previous episodes, and of course the red wines from Piedmont, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Puglia or Sicily just to name a few are very well known and regarded on the international wine scene. But what about the whites? Italy is the largest wine-producing country in the universe so of course they make a lot of white wines too. Soo, let’s have a look into those… There’s so much to cover here, that we’re going to have to have 2 episodes dedicated to the white wines of Italy.
