Tibetan Prime Minister Dr. Lobsang Sangay spoke frankly and enthusiastically to students in the Minnesota community during a recent trip to Minnesota, his first since assuming the title of "Sikyang". The setting was the temple room at the Tibetan Community Center in St. Paul. Mostly in English, with subtitles for Tibetan.
