Puerto Rico's debt crisis has taken a dramatic turn, after the island suspended debt repayments. It can't afford to pay them back and lenders are refusing to offer more money. A US government plan to resolve the situation is stuck in limbo after months of negotiations. As CCTV business correspondent Owen Fairclough explains, whatever Puerto Rico does, someone will lose.
