The out comes of any shrinking Civic space in a country simply indicates that there is no democracy.According to Naima Isa - the programs associate of FIDA Uganda explains that we witness security agencies in every aspect of the country which has limited the Civic Space in the Country.There fore there is need to create Spaces where NGO's can hold meaning ful conversations and also engage the government.
