If the cart move the right side when restart the printer, then report the ‘Cart error’, it means the encoder strip sensor, encoder strip or the print head board has problem.

1.First check if there’s light working on the encoder strip sensor or not, if no, suggest to replace it;

2.Check if there’s any Scratch and dirty on the encoder strip, clean it or replace it;

3.Check the encoder strip position, goes through the encoder strip right or not; stays in the carriage beam bars or not;

4.Print head board problem(barely is this one).
