I got sent the ChefsTemp Finaltouch X10 to try out. It is a digital thermometer which you can use to check if your food is cooked safely. Another use is for water temperature. It measures very accurately to within .3 fahrenheit. I will use this when I am cooking meat outdoors or at a BBQ.
