This is not a performance, but insight into a practice session. I am playing, at a very slow tempo, Bach’s Invention No. 4 to find the areas I need to work on.
I count 14 mistakes, including wrong notes and significant hesitations. This indicates that there’s still a lot of work to do to finish this piece.
I believe some of these mistakes would disappear if I memorized the piece.
