I found that it's still possible to do a pull and stack on Radiant, but you have to cut a lot of trees and pull at x:53

The new map changes has made a new technique possible. Hit the camp at x:51 for ranged heroes, x:50 for melee heroes and you will pull AND stack the small camp.
