My mum’s pancake recipe:
Sift together:
12oz self raising flour
4 dessert spoons caster sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix in
2 dessert spoons golden syrup
2 teaspoons oil
2 eggs
Milk until mixture is dropping consistency
