Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2015 [draft].

2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/3);
Tweed Regulation Amendment Order 2015 (SSI 2015/11);
Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004 (Remuneration and Severance Payments) Amendment Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/7);
Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/9).

3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2015 (SSI 2015/8 (C.1));
Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2015 (SSI 2015/12 (C.2)).

4. Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

5. Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider further the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill as amended (UK Parliament legislation).
