Talking about race is not a new topic. Although it might seem like workplaces have come a long way in respecting and representing different races, there is still so much more organizations, and their employees, can do. Both organizations and employees have responsibilities when it comes to promoting and ensuring racial inclusion in the workplace.
This course is designed to address racial diversity at work, why inclusion of all races is important, and what organizations and their employees can do to promote a more inclusive workplace for everyone.
