Sister and brother duo Aubry and Kale Walch, who were born and raised on Guam, are the masterminds behind the first vegan butcher shop in the U.S. - The Herbivorous Butchershop. With the success of the shop, they've expanded with a non-profit farm sanctuary, Herbie Butcher's Fried Chicken, and now they have released a cookbook with Chronicle Books.
