With the announcement of BJP’s latest candidates’ list for the 2021 Bengal assembly election, multiple party units across the length and breadth of the state saw rebellion among its own party workers. BJP workers have staged protests across West Bengal for fielding TMC turncoats and new faces as candidates for the upcoming assembly election. Protests among BJP ranks broke out since March 14, when the party announced 63 candidates for the third and fourth phase of elections.
