How to propagate dracaena reflexa - The video is self explanatory, with the exception of plastic bags.⠀

Why plastic bags? To keep the humidity high. This reduces evaporation (water loss) from the leaves, which reduces chances of wilting, chances of the cuttings dying and helps with rooting.⠀

If you're struggling with this plant, the care is actually super easy. Provide it with bright light, it can tolerate a few hours of direct sun. It's a variegated plant, so needs a bit more light than non-variegated plants.⠀

It's like a succulent in terms of watering. One overwatering can kill it. In that sense, it's not as tolerant as some other dracaenas, that can handle overwatering for several weeks, drop a few leaves...give you a chance to correct the care. One overwatering is sufficient to kill it. I've done it twice and some of my friends several times, until we learned☺️⠀

I suggest waiting until the leaves become droopy, then water. Next time water just before it goes droopy.⠀

Once you figure the care, it's a gorgeous plant that will reward you with a bit of color in your jungle.⠀
