The natural stone, quarried on site around the turn of the last century and reclaimed from the original farm house, grounds the house in its location, blending seamlessly into the Majella color palette

Lago Sant’Angelo lies just ahead and distant mountain peaks disappear in a seemingly endless skyline
The distinctive outline of the hilltop town of Casoli shows the way towards the Adriatic coast in the distance.
Located just outside the village of Palombaro and surrounded by woodland and olive groves, the house is only accessible by private road, ensuring utmost privacy
The Majella mountains provide a dramatic, ever-changing play of light and shade

The open plan living area opens onto the surrounding terraces, allowing for the beautiful setting to be enjoyed at all times
Grey travertine marble from an ancient quarry just outside Rome is combined with contemporary materials such as raw concrete and white and darkened walls to reflect the textures and colors of the rugged Abruzzo landscape
