Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. Why? Because how you start your day is the most important decision you can make. That’s why I start every day with a healthy breakfast that gives me the energy I need to get the day off to a great start! I am a very proud Kenyan athlete, and this year I will be competing at the Olympics in Brazil. But my other most important mission for this year, is to ensure that every Kenyan child gets a good, nutritious breakfast, and a GREAT START TO THEIR DAY.
