Parotta is typically made with Maida, which is very minimal in fiber. Special parottas like bun parotta is cooked with so much butter that gut bacteria becomes bitter.
Bun parotta is the obese version of plain parotta
Frequent intake of food with no fiber can damage the gut bacteria and increase the risk of colon cancer.
But the taste of bun parotta is out of the world - this belongs to comfort food - so, poison is in the dosage.
I would say two parottas every 2 months would be a reasonable compromise.
