One of the most valuable things in life. Appreciate every moment you have with family.
2 FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES
These are the people you can trust, be honest with, speak to about anything in life. Look after loved ones and appreciate those you have and are surrounded by in life.
3 HOME
If you have a roof over your head, a place to sleep, eat and wake up in then no matter how hard your day gets, you get to go back to your home, relax and feel secure. There are some people who don’t even have the luxury of this.
4 BED
In addition to the home, be grateful to have a bed to sleep on, as it could be worse. There are people sleeping on the streets using cardboard boxes for beds.
5 CLEAN WATER
A healthy person aims to get six to eight glasses or more of water a day, but some don’t even get the one. Be grateful for clean water.
6 HEALTH
Look after yourself through your mind, body and soul. Eat nutritiously and feed your soul. Never neglect your health, health is one of the most valuable things you can have in life.
7 FOOD
Remember the last hearty, delicious meal you ate? Food makes us feel good inside, food is very comforting, everyone needs it but
not everyone can get it.
8 CLOTHES AND SHOES
Appreciate the clothes you can wear and the shoes you can walk in.
9 TECHNOLOGY
Technology is everywhere. Some people believe it to be an issue in today’s society. To others, it makes it possible to connect to loved ones in faraway countries.
11 MONEY
Money is built on hard work. It's important to respect this.
12 TIME
Time is valuable and limited. Spend time with loved ones and doing what you love. Life is short and should be lived well.
13 FRESH AIR AND NATURE
Appreciate the moments you spend in nature and the fresh air you breathe. Nature provides clarity and fresh air provides longevity.
14 FREEDOM
Freedom is the choice to be able to do what you like. Even with this freedom, we complain about our jobs, family and friends and other things like beliefs and society. Freedom is often taken for granted.
15 BOOKS
A source of wisdom and knowledge. Also, a way to practice empathy, by learning about someone else’s life. You can learn something new and become more open minded. Be thankful for books.
16 KINDNESS
Be grateful for the kindness of others, give it back and show appreciation. Treat others how you would treat family and friends. Remember, kindness is contagious. Be willing to do things out of joy and never expect anything in return.
17 JOB
Be happy and put passion in whatever you do. Some jobs are tough and some people struggle to find work so it could be worse.
18 BRAIN
Appreciate your brain. For all the knowledge you have from everything you have learnt, and all the memories you retain.
19 HEART
Be grateful for your heart, for beating and keeping you alive.
20 EARTH AND THE UNIVERSE
For, without it, nothing would exist. Respect the Earth, keep it clean and look after It’s animals.
