In this video I share my recipe for healthy Pumpkin Truffle Pops that are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, grain free, etc. They're delicious, really easy to make, and are totally guilt free! Oh, and they're especially perfect for Fall/Thanksgiving/holidays.
Vegan Pumpkin Truffle Pops
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked pumpkin puree
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut butter
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons coconut sugar, ground
1 tablespoon maple syrup or coconut nectar
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
--------
2-3 cups dark chocolate
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
