We used one of our "Free at Sea" specialty dining on the first sea day for Food Republic. When we got to the Food Republic, we did get a bit of an upsell as I had more specialty dining than Matt so it was a little confusing and threw us, but it didn't stop us from having a great lunch.
We would recommend this as it was a great spot, laid back, and good food for the price.
