In this video I'll take you with me in an unexplored area in the heart of Italy, unknown to mass tourism.
More precisely, I'll take you with me to the Comino Valley, an unexplored area in the province of Frosinone in the region of Lazio, from where I'm originally from and where my parents and relatives live.

The Comino Valley is a rural and rustic area in central Italy surrounded by dominant mountains and characterized by untouched nature, a particularly distinctive dialect, abandoned houses, picturesque landscapes and beautiful and photogenic villages that were majestically built on the hundreds of hills in the area.

Unfortunately I can't show you all the interesting and beautiful places that the Comino Valley has to offer you.
At least not in a single video.

Anyway, there are some towns and villages that I've visited in this video.
I've been to the town of Sora and Isola del Liri, to the medieval village of San Donato and also to the town of Atina and Ponte Melfa for my favorite pizza.
The area of the Comino Valley is a traditional and rustic piece of Italy outside of mass tourism.
