In this video, I have shared the recipe of smoked brinjal curry.
It is a very simple recipe which can be prepared in 15 minutes but tastes super good.
It is a best combo for hot steamed rice along with the Papad or apalam.
This recipe is prepared with very minimal ingredients which is easily available at home.
This smoked brinjal or smoked egg plant goes well also with chapati and dosa.

✨ Ingredients
Egg plant / brinjal - 3 numbers
Shallots chopped - 10 numbers
garlic chopped - 4 numbers
red chilli - 2
red chilli powder - half teaspoon
jeera - half teaspoon
mustard seeds - half teaspoon
curry leaves
turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
salt - as per taste
tamarind pulp - 4 tablespoons
