A lot of HP office PCs have built in amplifiers you can play audio out of, but their PC speaker is horrible. You can replace it with a 10 watt 8ohm Daytonaudio exciter and it sounds 1000 times better. You can suddenly hear the whole range of frequencies and get way better volume. It honestly sounds good enough to just sit and listen to. You can add one to any PC using the method I'll show in an upcoming video.
I thought it would sound best attached to the side panel, but I was wrong. It sounds way better attached to the bottom of the case facing down. This way the vibrations radiate out centrally from the PC and it also vibrates the table under the PC creating much more surrounding sound. I imagine it would sound quite nice against a glass side panel though. You just have to test it out against different parts of the case before you stick it down.
