A major incident was declared in Wales on Sunday as Storm Bert continued to batter the U.K., and Ireland.
In the small Welsh town of Pontypridd, near Cardiff, residents were left battling high water levels and volunteering in groups to help clear water from their homes and streets using an assortment of buckets.
"It's like not something you'd think would ever happen to you. You see it on the news when it happens in Spain, globally, and then it happens to you and then it's like 'oh, right! Well, how do we handle it?" said Victor, a Pontypridd loval.
Meanwhile, a yellow warning for strong winds was still in place for Northern Ireland on Sunday.
