The exterior of our extension was highly considered and many a mood board was made before I landed on this beautiful blend of modern, urban and Palm Springs aesthetic.

We used @jameshardieau’s Fine Texture Cladding for our extension exterior as it ticked all of the boxes for us and the builder.

If we’re comparing to traditional render, they’re miles apart on budget, time and resources. However, I love the join lines and panel look which really creates that modern urban look.
