SEBI, vide LODR (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023 introduced the concept of BRSR Core, the manner and timelines thereof to be specified separately. Now, vide a circular dated 12th July, 2023, SEBI has specified the components of BRSR Core including its applicability and requirements for value chain.
