4-5 cloves
1 small piece of cinnamon
3 whole dry red chili
1/4 tsp citric acid
1-1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp red chili powder [ spicy ]
1/2 tsp hing
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp full eno
1/2 tbsp til
For gota [making]
1 cup gota ka premix
1/2 cup milk [ approx]
2 tsp green chili paste [ hari mirch paste]
2 tsp adrak [ ginger ] paste
1 cup metha ke pan [ fresh fenugreek leaves ]
1/2 cup fresh green coriander
1/4 tsp full eno
