Many NGO's in Dehradun were angered by the foolish and Tughlakh style developments in Mussoorie, this is one among them. There was an old wooden clock tower made by the British, but the local authorities demolished it and built a concrete Clock Tower. This is what they mean to say, perhaps indirectly, we don't want to be punctual like the old British Clock.
