Longtime sportswriter and author Cliff Christl is the special guest on this episode of "Conversations from St. Norbert College" television show, with host Kevin Quinn (Economics). They will discuss Christl's new book, "A Championship Team: The Packers and St. Norbert College in the Lombardi Years."
Christl has spent 36 years as a sportswriter covering the Green Bay Packers at four Wisconsin newspapers. The Green Bay native grew up following the Lombardi Packers and started regularly writing about the team in 1974.
Christl has served on the Pro Football Hall of Fame selection committee since 2001 and the Packer Hall of Fame selection committee since 2007. He has written two other books about the Packers: "Mudbaths and Bloodbaths: The Inside Story of the Bears-Packers Rivalry" and "The 25 Greatest Moments in Lambeau Field History."
