Police surveillance planes became controversial in 2016 when they were discovered flying above Baltimore without public knowledge, but a community group now says it wants them back in the air. Archie Williams, whose group, Community with Solutions, along with the company that runs the planes, Persistent Surveillance Systems, have had a series of community meetings about the program and how it might help reduce crime.
