Many people have reached out to me asking questions about the process of becoming a lawyer in Canada. This video is meant to provide a brief framework of what information you should seek and what paths you must consider before making a decision. I have noticed that Indian law graduates ideally look into LLM only as a pathway to find a job in the legal industry in Canada but I want to be able to offer other options to consider which may be more valuable or beneficial.
In the video, I go through details of the process to be followed specifically in Ontario, Canada. Although, this is directed to a largely Indian audience, the process remains the same for all common law jurisdiction law degrees.
