There is a reference that you probably didn’t even notice. When Shrek, Donkey and Puss go into the Fairy Godmother’s factory and interrupt her brewing the potion, she greets them with “what in Grimm’s name are you doing here?”. This is a reference to the Brothers Grimm, who created the universe in which these fairytales take place. So, she is saying the normal expression of “what in God’s name are you doing here?” but their world’s version of it.
