What is up everyone! today we are talking about The Shock Doctrine and by Naomi Klein. The Shock Dictrine, The Rise of Disaster Capitalism, sold over a million copies and was hugely influential when it came out in 2007. I think that it holds up today as one of the best things you can read if you want to understand power and the US's role in the Global South.
