In just one week, Zack Snyder’s much anticipated standoff between the Son of Krypon and Bat of Gotham hits cinemas worldwide. To celebrate, look back on what DC and Warner have had to offer in the realm of contemporary superhero films.
From an all-encompassing Batman trilogy to a few polarizing pictures involving masked vigilantes, Green Lanterns, and the Man of Steel himself, it’s safe to say that most of DC’s films have found homes in the hearts of many, despite dividing their audiences for years. Now on the eve of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice', it's time to prepare ourselves for what will hopefully be many years of compelling stories, memorable onscreen characters, and heroic adrenaline at its pinnacle.
Cut together using footage straight from the Blu-rays, this video aims at highlighting DC’s best cinematic moments in anticipation for both 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' and 'Suicide Squad'. Please note that a few films that felt unsuitable for this video were not included.
Special thanks to Darion Trotman, Eric Stroppel, and Andrew Plews for their welcomed superhero expertise.
