Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) are porous material with high affinity binding sites for a given target. Their advantages over natural receptors include low-cost, high versatility, robustness, and animal-free production process. In this video, I will discuss how MIPs can be applied for the monitoring of antimicrobial resistance.
