If you're wondering how or where you can find both Ann the Oceanid and Seymour the automaton dog NPCs, here's a quick walkthrough guide. You need to go back to the Institute of Natural Philosophy and interact with a specific desk to teleport to a special location. It will give you a secret achievement called "Encyclopedia of Natural Philosophy" and unlock two hidden quests namely "Unfinished Story" and "The Final Question" giving a total of 50 primogems. This will tell you to talk to the two NPCs as they appear both in the same room. In the end, they will continue looking for Mary-Ann without you but you're sure to meet again in the same place.
