Located in the South Bay of Los Angeles, Palos Verdes is southwest of Pacific Coast Highway, just south of Torrance and Redondo Beach. Palos Verdes is a beautiful place for a scenic drive. Palos Verdes Drive perimeters the Peninsula and is broken up into four strips: North, South, East, and West. In this scenic drive of Palos Verdes Drive West, enjoy the scenery while getting accustomed to what this section of the Palos Verdes Peninsula looks like. The drive begins at Malaga Cove Plaza and heads west through Palos Verdes Estates. Once headed south we pass The Cove and enter Lunada Bay. Tucked behind Lunada Bay Plaza is Palos Verdes High School. The drive continues south until we pass the intersection where Hawthorne Boulevard ends. On the left is Golden Cove Plaza, and the drive ends as we pass the Point Vicente Interpretive Center and Lighthouse.
