Bonjour beautiful peoples! Today I'm sharing four of my favorite mobility moves to warm up the hips before your next lower body workout.
The moves:
1. Hip circles (both directions, both sides)
2. Low lunge to half split (both sides)
3. High lunge to scandasana transition (surfer's lunge)
4. High plank to alternating side sit w/ lift
I'd recommend doing each move for about 45s minute before switching sides :)
