INGREDIENTS
2 lb ( 907 g ) bone in chicken pieces
1 tsp season all salt
1 tsp onion salt blend
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lb (454 g) potatoes
2 small to medium carrots
mini pieces of corn on the cob (optional)
1 lb (454 g) Roma tomatoes
1 1/2 to 2 cups (354 to 473 ml ) water
**the amount of water depends if you want dry or soupy rice
1 Tbsp (10 g) chicken bouillon powder
1/2 small onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
2 dried bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
