Ingredients:
1 32 oz bag frozen diced potatoes ( southern hash browns)
1 medium onion diced
1 Cup (8oz) sour cream
1 10 oz can of Nacho cheese...or cheddar cheese soup
1/2 teaspoon of each : garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
4 Tablespoons soft Butter
2 1/2 Cups (20 oZ) Shredded Cheddar cheese ( I used mild cheddar)
Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker Crock Pot
Cook on low for 7 hours...or on high for 3 1/2 hours
