🚀 Week 5 of my Athletic Parent Mission 🚀
This week wasn’t exactly a dream scenario—Ethan had a cold, work was chaos, and my time to train was… limited, to say the least. 😅
But here’s the reality: you don’t need perfect conditions to make progress.
I only managed two sessions—one upper, one lower—but I stuck to the plan, kept it efficient, and made those sessions count. 💪
✅ Bench press? Old 1RM for 2 reps.
✅ Pull-ups? Finally getting weight back on the bar.
✅ Squats? Feeling strong again after a shaky start.
Even on less sleep, dodgy nutrition, and barely any time, progress is still possible. Consistency and structure are key—two sessions might not seem like much, but when done right, it’s enough to keep the momentum rolling.
So, will I hit my big targets in a couple of weeks? Honestly, I don’t know. Maybe I was too ambitious with the time I have available. But what I am proving is that with the right approach, you can still keep moving forward—even when life gets in the way.
If you’re juggling parent life, work, or anything else and want to make the most of your training, drop me a DM. Let’s figure out how to make it work for you. 🙌
