This video is dedicated to the iconic Emilie Gillet from Mutable Instruments. Yesterday I read somewhere that she'll not be designing new modules any time soon and that her focus will be on personal development. I always felt her modules had a woman's touch, the eye for detail is incredible, they sound super friendly if you want, and furious when needed. And there's always a little present in the box, and an easter egg in the module. I think MI has redefined ambient modular. And if not, it definitely dominates it.
I completed my collection yesterday by getting a second hand Braids and I was surprised how different it sounds compared to Plaits. I will do a video about those two soon.
