The National Palace of Sintra. Each room inside of this Palace is exquisite and colorful with azulejos, the Portuguese tiles. The price is 10 euro and totally worth it.

National Palace of Sintra is not to be mistaken for the National Palace of Pena! I know, very confusing!:) Sintra Palace is recognized by 2 tall white chimneys.
The other Palace people mostly go to - Pena Palace, is bright yellow and blue colors , which is great to visit to admire from outside, but don't go inside. It's better to visit the Sintra Palace instead, to see wonderful inside rooms and decorations, like an inside water fountain in Arab room. .


Save money by NOT going inside the famous Pena Palace, but go to this one instead!
