"Boundaries of freedom" tells a story about independence of Bialystok in February 1919. It is the second part of eight different stories which are inform about history of Bialystok and Podlasie region.


The series of reports was created as part of the project entitled "Białystok region for independent Poland", which is being implemented by the Voivode of Podlasie. The project was financed by the Multiannual Program Niepodległa for 2017-2022. The project partner is the Podlasie Museum in Białystok. The series of reports was made by TVP3 Białystok.The authors of the film are Beata Kamińska and Marta Ciszewska.
