I recently discovered a restaurant in the heart of CCC mall – @lagoitalianbistro 🇮🇹. The restaurant's nature-inspired ambiance with hanging lanterns and plants is perfect for a relaxing evening with friends and family.
We tried their Carnivora pizza 🍕 and Fritto Misto di Mare 🦑 (Fried mixed seafood). The pizza was loaded with a generous amount of cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon 🧀🍕🥓🌶. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making every bite an explosion of flavors 🤤.
The Fritto Misto di Mare was a perfect mix of crispy, deep-fried calamari, shrimp, and fish 🍤🦐🐟. The seafood was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with a tangy dip, it was a burst of flavors in every bite 🤤👌.
The price was definitely on the expensive side. The pizza was priced at LKR 3300 and the seafood platter at LKR 2500, plus a 25% tax and other charges.
