The Golden City Gate is the world's no. 1 in film- print and multimedia competition and provides worldwide attention to the tourism industry. The annually award ceremony takes place during ITB Berlin – the world`s leading tourism trade show. Official patron of the competition is the FEDERAL ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN FILM AND AV PRODUCERS e.V. in Wiesbaden. The competition takes place in the ITB Cinema at the fairgrounds of the Messe Berlin and is also supported by ITB Berlin.
