Taiwanese Style Stir Fried Rice Noodle is a popular Taiwanese dish. It is also called Chow Me Fun in mandarin Chinese. Each of Taiwanese family has its own secret recipe of this stir fried rice noodle. In this video, I'll share with you my mom's signature recipe that she often cooks for my family. Taiwanese Style Stir Fried Rice Noodle is ideal for family gatherings, parties or weekend dinners. It can be made gluten free as long as you use gluten free soy sauce.

Ingredients:
1/2 pack of rice noodle (Buddha Brand, Hsinchu or Puli)
1/2 lb. of ground pork
1 lb. of mung bean sprouts
1 carrot
1 cup of sliced shallot
6 dried shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp. of dried shrimps
3 tbsp. of cooking oil
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
Fresh cilantro (Garnish)
