220g Cream Cheese
20g Dried Fruit (Any kind of fruit you like)
50g Nuts
20ml Rum (optional)
Some Herbs you like for adding favor (optional)
Some Crackers
Some Olive Oil
📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. You can serve the cheese ball immediately or store it on the fridge. Wrap in plastic wrap and then one layer of aluminum foil, you can keep it in fridge (up to 4 days) or freezer (up to 1 month). Before serving, take it out and let sit at room temperature to soften.
2. In America, we usually use pecan, you can also use any kind of nuts you like to make your own flavor.
3. You can skip the Rum to make it without alcohol.
4. I use Dill in the video, you can use parsley, rosemary or any kind of herbs you like to add flavor.
