How to Move a Block in WordPress Gutenberg Editor?
To move a block in Gutenberg, simply click and hold the move icons from the toolbar, then drag and drop the block to a place where you would like it to move. While your dragging the block you will also see a blue line that indicates where the block will be placed after you leave it. There are a few more ways other than this to move a block in WordPress Gutenberg editor.
