What I did first was just 50% water change and added seachem safe and epsom salt, but it didn't work and my bucco noto was still stressed out. Her eye actually got worse.
I finally moved her to her own tub and did water change every two days with epsom salt, aquarium salt, and API Melafix. Her eye slowly got smaller and finally healed so I released her back into the tank. She is now swimming with confidence and healthy.
